General\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ee37282 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ee37282\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li>Spanish Learning Journey offers private and group Spanish classes, both online and in person, for levels A1, A2, B1, B2, and C1, based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).<\/li><li>Before enrolling in any of our services, students must complete an interview with one of our teachers. This helps us assess their Spanish level and better understand their learning goals, so we can recommend the most appropriate class or service.<\/li><li>Our school welcomes students of all ages. For students under 18, a parent or legal guardian must agree and accept these Terms &amp; Conditions on the student&#8217;s behalf.<\/li><li>Please note that Spanish Learning Journey is a non-formal education school. Spanish classes offer\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cd3d538 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"cd3d538\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><b>3.1. Private online Spanish classes<br><\/b>Classes are delivered through <b>Zoom, Google Meet, or Teams<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Each class may last <\/span><b>60 minutes, 90 minutes&nbsp;<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">or<\/span><b> 120 minutes<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>3.1.1. Private in-Person Spanish Classes<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In-person classes take place in El Poblado or Laureles in Medell\u00edn, Colombia. The exact location may be agreed upon between the student and Spanish Learning Journey before the class.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>3.2. Group online Spanish Classes<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">If a student feels that their assigned level is not the right fit, they may request a reassessment by contacting us at admin@spanishlearningjourney.com. We will arrange a follow-up assessment with another teacher to review the student&#8217;s placement and determine whether a different level would be more appropriate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Maximum number of students:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 5<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Minimum number of students:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 2<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>3.3. Survival Spanish \/ Spanish for One Day<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: inherit;\">Survival Spanish is designed as a short-term learning experience. It is not intended to represent a complete Spanish language course or guarantee fluency or a specific level of proficiency.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>3.4. DELE and SIELE Preparation<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: inherit;\">Our DELE and SIELE preparation services are intended to help students prepare for the examination. However, <\/span><b style=\"font-style: inherit;\">Spanish Learning Journey does not guarantee that a student will pass the DELE or SIELE examination or obtain a particular score or certificate.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The student is responsible for registering for the DELE or SIELE examination, paying any examination fees, meeting registration deadlines, and complying with the official examination requirements.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d07abe9 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"d07abe9\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-beff359 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"beff359\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">4. Cancellation, Rescheduling and No-shows Policy\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a064cd9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a064cd9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our cancellation and rescheduling rules are intended to provide reasonable flexibility while also respecting the time reserved by our teachers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>4.1. Cancellation by the Student<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Students may cancel or request to reschedule a class by contacting us at <\/span><b>admin@spanishlearningjourney.com<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, or via<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">WhatsApp at<\/span><b> +57 3028563398<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> at least <\/span><b>18 HOURS <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">before the scheduled start time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When the required notice is provided,<\/span><b> the student may reschedule the class subject to teacher availability.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If a student does not attend the scheduled class and has not joined within <\/span><b>15 minutes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of the scheduled start time, the class will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for rescheduling.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cancellations or rescheduling requests made <\/span><b>less than 18 hours<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> before the scheduled class are also non-refundable and may not be rescheduled.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the event of an unexpected situation or force majeure that prevents the student from attending the class, the class credit will be kept available and can be used to schedule the class for another time, subject to availability.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>4.2 Late Arrival<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If a student arrives late, the class will generally end at the originally scheduled time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>4.3 Cancellation or reschedule by Spanish Learning Journey<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If we need to cancel or reschedule a class we will do it <\/span><b>18 hours prior<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to the scheduled time. If you are unable to attend a scheduled class, we will be happy to help you reschedule it, subject to our cancellation and rescheduling policy, and availability.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you decide not to continue with your lessons, any unused class credits are non-refundable. Class Packages and Credits\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b875f11 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b875f11\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you purchase a package containing multiple classes, the package includes the number of classes specified at the time of purchase.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Number of classes you may purchase:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 5 hours, 10 hours or 20 hours<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Validity period:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 12 months from the date of purchase.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When you purchase your first package, we will provide you with access to a shared Google sheet where your completed classes and remaining class hours are recorded.
